We have been informed by the facility in Piscataway, NJ (EWR Region) that they will be performing emergency power maintenance on April 14 at 6PM UTC. During this time, any single-PSU servers connected to the affected power sources may be down for an extended period of time. They are estimating one hour if everything goes as planned, but did indicate it could take longer. This notice is being sent to ALL customers in EWR, but should only affect customers on the following types of plans:

Cloud - PKVM and VDS

Legacy - SVZ, SKVM, SVDS

We understand that any amount of downtime can be an inconvenience, however, we have been told that this maintenance is required.
